Terms & Conditions CYL88 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and CYL88 ("Platform", "We", or "CYL88") with respect to your use of the cyl88.me website and all related services.

By registering an account with CYL88, making a deposit, or using any services provided by CYL88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the CYL88 platform.

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one CYL88 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

By registering a CYL88 account, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form
• Updating your information promptly whenever any changes occur
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone
• Notifying CYL88 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Taking full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account

CYL88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are advised to use a strong password and change it regularly.

CYL88 reserves the right to decline any registration or close any applicant's account without providing a reason, at CYL88's absolute discretion.

CYL88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same CYL88 member. CYL88 does not accept third-party deposits — deposits made from another person's account will be returned and the account in question may be investigated.

CYL88 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, CYL88 may request supporting documents before processing the transaction.

CYL88 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM30.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or one registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow) are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts via FPX are processed within 1–3 hours, depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.
• KYC Verification: CYL88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification is mandatory for jackpot winnings exceeding RM100,000.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only net cash (funds that have fully satisfied the wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal.

CYL88 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees for receiving transfers — this is outside CYL88's control.

CYL88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for up to 30 days where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm a violation, the account balance may be fully forfeited.

CYL88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: The CYL88 welcome bonus of up to RM888 is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit. Each individual is entitled to claim this bonus once only.
• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit together with the bonus) must be wagered the stipulated number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unclaimed or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing bonus arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct deemed abusive by CYL88 — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

CYL88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. CYL88's decisions regarding bonus claims and the fulfilment of requirements are final.

The use of all games on CYL88 is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules for each game displayed within the respective game interface:

• All slots and casino games on CYL88 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure random and fair outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated in that game's information. CYL88 does not guarantee that you will achieve the stated RTP in any particular gaming session.
• Any technical failure during gameplay that prevents a bet from being completed will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to the member's account.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless otherwise stated in the specific betting terms.
• CYL88 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical system error. In such cases, the wager will be fully refunded.

For virtual sports, results are generated by an RNG system based on statistical data from real professional teams and players. These results cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including CYL88.

The following is a list of conduct that is strictly prohibited on the CYL88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different identities
• Bot & Automation Usage: Using bot software, automated scripts, or any non-human mechanism to play or interact with the CYL88 platform
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live games or poker to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus Arbitrage: Using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk, including hedging bets with bonus funds
• Money Laundering: Using the CYL88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised credit/debit cards or bank accounts to make deposits
• Copyright Infringement: Copying, modifying, or distributing CYL88 platform content without written permission
• Cyberattacks: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt CYL88's technical systems

CYL88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure)
• If CYL88 is required to do so by law or court order

In cases where an account is suspended due to a breach of terms, CYL88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account must contact the CYL88 support team. Once the request is received, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures within 5 business days, after all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
